Ingredients for 1:
50g rocket
2 tbsp Scandia Pepparrot Gourmet
   Horseradish Visp
Freshly ground pepper
2 slices of wholemeal bread
2 wafer-thin
slices smoked salmon
1 tsp pistachio nuts

Bread with salmon and rocket

1. Sort the rocket, wash well and shake dry. Spread the horseradish visp onto the bread.
2. Lay the rocket on top of this and place the salmon on top. Finely chop the pistachio and sprinkle on top.

To transport, wrap both slices of bread individually in cling film and place in a solid-sided box.
