A trendsetter in horseradish products

As one of the first convenience products, our freshly grated, naturally hot handpicked horseradish - with exceptionally high dry matter - entered the market in the early 50s. Thus bringing to an end for the first time, the teary-eyed grating of the root. Even today, our slogan "Don’t cry, mummy" promotes this extra hot and especially rich horseradish.

Delicate horseradish preparations followed combining cream and fruit, and gourmet sauces, e.g. for smoked game fish and grilled foods. These products are also available in deep-freeze portion packs of various weights. We tune into the changing tastes and eating habits and surprise the consumer with constantly new, extra-ordinary specialities. The combination of tradition and trend has always been the key to the success of our brand, Scandia Pepparrot®.
