Regular Monitoring

Continuous quality assurance - from the receipt of the raw materials to the delivery of the finished products - is a due matter of course for Erich Trapp & Co. KG.

In 1994, our company was certified under DIN EN ISO 9001. To meet the growing demands, certifications after BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Standard) followed. Permanent controls in our in-house laboratory and by independent institutes guarantee the consistent top quality of our products.
